7 U.S.C. § 7451 — Regulations

The Secretary in charge of this subchapter has broad authority to write regulations. The only requirement is that the regulations be necessary to carry out this subchapter — the law does not say what topics they must cover or list any limits on their content. This section does not create new rules on its own; it simply gives the Secretary the power to write the rules needed to run this part of the law.
