This chapter borrows several sections from an earlier part of the law. Sections 202 through 205 and 207 apply here just as if written directly into this chapter. The only difference is that "the Convention" means the Inter-American Convention in this context.
This section reuses rules from elsewhere in the law instead of restating them. Sections 202, 203, 204, 205, and 207 of this title apply to this chapter exactly as if they were written directly into this chapter, with one difference: for purposes of this chapter, "the Convention" means the Inter-American Convention (on International Commercial Arbitration), not whatever convention those sections otherwise refer to.
Sections 202, 203, 204, 205, and 207 of this title shall apply to this chapter as if specifically set forth herein, except that for the purposes of this chapter “the Convention” shall mean the Inter-American Convention.
