When practicable, forest supervisors and rangers must be chosen from qualified citizens of the State or Territory where the relevant national forest is located.
Forest supervisors and rangers must, when practicable, be selected from qualified citizens of the States or Territories where the respective national forests are located.
Forest supervisors and rangers shall be selected, when practicable, from qualified citizens of the States or Territories in which the national forests, respectively, are situated.
