The statute authorizes specified appropriations for the Office of the Associate Administrator for Commercial Space Transportation for fiscal years 2005 through 2009.
The following amounts may be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for that Office’s activities: $11,941,000 for fiscal year 2005; $12,299,000 for 2006; $12,668,000 for 2007; $13,048,000 for 2008; and $13,440,000 for 2009.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for the activities of the Office of the Associate Administrator* for Commercial Space Transportation—
$11,941,000 for fiscal year 2005;
$12,299,000 for fiscal year 2006;
$12,668,000 for fiscal year 2007;
$13,048,000 for fiscal year 2008; and
$13,440,000 for fiscal year 2009.
