This section permits contracts lasting up to four years for supplies and services managing, maintaining, and operating military family housing, with yearly costs paid from yearly appropriations.
The Secretary concerned* may make contracts of up to 4 years for supplies* and services for military family-housing management, maintenance, and operation. The costs for each year may be paid from that year’s annual appropriations.
The Secretary concerned* may make contracts for periods of up to four years for supplies* and services for the management, maintenance, and operation of military family housing and may pay* the costs of such contracts for each year out of annual appropriations for that year.
