Under Army regulations, the Commandant of the Judge Advocate General’s School may award an LL.M. in military law to qualifying graduates on the faculty’s recommendation.
Under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Army*, the Commandant may, on the school faculty’s recommendation, confer a master of laws in military law on school graduates who meet the degree requirements.
Under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Army*, the Commandant of the Judge Advocate General’s School of the Army may, upon recommendation by the faculty of such school, confer the degree of master of laws (LL.M.) in military law upon graduates of the school who have fulfilled the requirements for that degree.
