The Army must send the Secretary of the Army all flags, standards, and colors captured from enemies of the United States. The section concerns only those captured items.
The Secretary of the Army* must receive all flags, standards, and colors that the Army took from enemies of the United States.
The Secretary of the Army* shall have sent to him all flags, standards, and colors taken by the Army from enemies of the United States.
