This section permits cash sales of necessary quartermaster and ordnance property to people attending the schools or camps.
The Secretary of the Air Force may sell to a person attending a school or camp established under section 9481 of this title quartermaster and ordnance property necessary for his proper equipment. Sales under this section must be for cash.
