Public data assets that the Corporation publishes under the listed laws must be open, free to download, human-readable, and available through an API when appropriate.
All public data assets the Corporation publishes under this chapter or the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer* Protection Act must (1) be available as open Government data under 44 U.S.C. § 3502; (2) be free to download; (3) be in a human-readable format; and (4) be accessible through an application programming interface when appropriate.
All public data assets published by the Corporation under this chapter or under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer* Protection Act (Public Law 111–203; 124 Stat. 1376) shall be—
made available as an open Government data asset (as defined in section 3502 of title 44);
freely available for download;
rendered in a human-readable format; and
accessible via application programming interface where appropriate.
