This section sets four requirements for public data the Administration publishes under the subchapter. The data must be open, free to download, human-readable, and available through an application programming interface when appropriate.
This section sets four requirements for public data the Administration* publishes under the subchapter. The data must be open, free to download, human-readable, and available through an application programming interface when appropriate.
All such public data assets must—
(1) be made available as an open Government data asset, as defined in section 3502 of title 44;
(2) be freely available for download;
(3) be provided in a human-readable format; and
(4) be accessible through an application programming interface when appropriate.
All public data assets published by the Administration* under this subchapter shall be—
made available as an open Government data asset (as defined in section 3502 of title 44);
freely available for download;
rendered in a human-readable format; and
accessible via application programming interface where appropriate.
