15 U.S.C. § 2431 — Liaison with Center

Each Federal department, agency, and independent establishment must appoint a qualified liaison to assist the Center. These entities must keep the Center informed, consult it before certain productivity spending, and provide relevant information it needs.
(a) Designee. Each Federal department, agency, and independent establishment must designate a qualified person to serve as liaison with the Center* and help it perform its functions under this chapter.
(b) Consultation with Federal entities. Each such department, agency, and establishment must keep the Center currently informed about its programs, policies, and productivity-improvement initiatives related to the Center’s responsibilities. It must consult the Center before obligating or spending funds for activities or projects to improve productivity growth.
(c) Access to information. Each Federal department, agency, and independent establishment is authorized and directed to provide, or allow the Center access to, all relevant materials and information the Center needs to perform its functions under this chapter.
Each department, agency, and independent establishment of the Federal Government shall designate a qualified individual to serve as liaison with the Center* and to assist the Center in carrying out its functions pursuant to this chapter.
Each department, agency, and independent establishment of the Federal Government shall keep the Center currently informed of its programs, policies, and initiatives to improve productivity which relate to the responsibilities of the Center, and shall consult with the Center prior to the obligation or expenditure of funds for activities or projects to improve productivity growth.
Each Federal department, agency, and independent establishment of the Federal Government is authorized and directed to furnish or allow access to all relevant materials and information required by the Center to carry out its functions under this chapter.
