This section preserves the authority of consensus standards organizations to create, change, or withdraw standards and specifications under other laws or authorities.
Nothing in this chapter limits or otherwise affects a consensus standards organization’s authority under another law or authority to establish, change, or withdraw standards and specifications.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect the authority of any consensus standards organization to establish, modify, or withdraw any standards and specifications under any other law or authority.
