15 U.S.C. § 637c — Definitions

This section defines three terms for this Act. It defines “Administrator,” “Federal agency,” and “Government procurement contract.”
For purposes of this Act:
(1) “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Small Business Administration*.
(2) “Federal agency” has the meaning given to “agency” by section 551(1) of title 5, but does not include the United States* Postal Service or the Government Accountability Office. This section does not otherwise define the quoted term “agency.”
(3) “Government procurement contract” means any contract under which a Federal agency obtains goods or services.
For purposes of this Act—
the term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Small Business Administration*;
the term “Federal agency” has the meaning given the term “agency” by section 551(1) of title 5, but does not include the United States* Postal Service or the Government Accountability Office; and
the term “Government procurement contract” means any contract for the procurement of any goods or services by any Federal agency.
