If a provision of this subchapter, or its application to a person or circumstance, is invalid, the rest of the subchapter and its application to other people and circumstances remain valid.
If any provision of this subchapter or the application of it to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this subchapter and of the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances must not be affected thereby.
If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this subchapter and of the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
