16 U.S.C. § 161c — Addition of land; establishment of fish hatchery

This section lets the Secretary of the Interior expand Glacier National Park for a fish hatchery. The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to administer certain land, or interests in land, in the State of Montana as part of the park — subject to all the laws and regulations that already apply to the park. The land is identified by location: township 28 north, range 20 west, Montana meridian. This land must be acquired by the United States first. The purpose is specific: the National Park Service will use this land to establish a fish hatchery. The hatchery is meant for restocking the waters of the park with fish.
