16 U.S.C. § 207a — Application of Federal Power Act to lands acquired under section 207

This section is a single unlabeled rule. It says the Federal Power Act does not apply to, or reach over, certain land. That land is land that was acquired for Lassen Volcanic National Park under the process described in this section and in section 207 of this title. Because the Federal Power Act is carved out, that park land is not treated the way the Federal Power Act normally treats land — for example, for hydroelectric power purposes.
