The Secretary may cooperate with Federal agencies, Alaska, Native Corporations, other persons and organizations, and other nations through the State Department to carry out this subchapter’s purposes and policies.
The Secretary may make cooperative agreements or otherwise cooperate with other Federal agencies, Alaska, Native Corporations, other appropriate people and organizations, and, through the Secretary of State, other nations, to carry out this subchapter’s purposes and policies.
The Secretary may enter into cooperative agreements or otherwise cooperate with other Federal agencies, the State, Native Corporations, other appropriate persons and organizations, and, acting through the Secretary of State, other nations to effectuate the purposes and policies of this subchapter.
