Anyone fleeing the law who hides inside the park faces the same laws as a fugitive found anywhere else in Kentucky. The park gives no special protection from arrest.
A person fleeing justice who takes refuge inside the park is treated the same as a fugitive found anywhere else in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, under the same laws.
All fugitives from justice taking refuge in the park shall be subject to the same laws as fugitives from justice found in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
