16 U.S.C. § 460zzz–5 — Management plan

Within three years, the Secretary must write a full management plan for the Conservation Area. The plan must describe proper uses, include extensive public input, and use existing land studies. It must also include a plan for managing travel.
Not later than 3 years after March 30, 2009, the Secretary* shall develop a comprehensive management plan* for the long-term protection and management of the Conservation Area*.
The management plan shall—
describe the appropriate uses and management of the Conservation Area;
be developed with extensive public input;
take into consideration any information developed in studies of the land within the Conservation Area; and
include a comprehensive travel management plan.
