Within two years after October 17, 2006, the Secretary must report to Congress on the program’s results and effectiveness and recommend improvements and whether it should continue.
Within 2 years after October 17, 2006, the Secretary* must send Congress a report on the program’s results and effectiveness, including recommendations for improving the chapter and deciding whether to continue the program.
Not later than 2 years after October 17, 2006, the Secretary* shall submit to Congress a report on the results and effectiveness of the program carried out under this chapter, including recommendations concerning how the chapter might be improved and whether the program should be continued.
