By October 1, 2005, the Secretary must report to Congress about the program’s results and effectiveness, recommend improvements, and address whether the Fund should continue.
The Secretary* must submit a report to Congress by October 1, 2005. The report must cover the results and effectiveness of the program under this chapter, recommend improvements to the chapter, and address whether the Fund* should continue in the future.
Not later than October 1, 2005, the Secretary* shall submit to the Congress a report on the results and effectiveness of the program carried out under this chapter, including recommendations concerning how this chapter might be improved and whether the Fund* should be continued in the future.
