Beginning with fiscal year 2025, the Office of Management and Budget Director must report yearly on Federal outdoor-recreation funding. The report must be sent to Congress, made public online, and itemize the prior fiscal year’s obligations for Interior and Agriculture accounts.
Within 30 days after each fiscal year ends, beginning with fiscal year 2025, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget must send Congress and publish online a report describing and itemizing the total outdoor-recreation funding obligated during the preceding fiscal year in Treasury accounts for the Departments of the Interior and Agriculture.
Not later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year, beginning with fiscal year 2025, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall submit to Congress and make public online a report that describes and itemizes the total amount of funding relating to outdoor recreation that was obligated in the preceding fiscal year in accounts in the Treasury for the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture.
