No funds from any listed fiscal year may be used to install permanent above-ground fencing around all or part of the United States Capitol Grounds as described in 40 U.S.C. § 5102.
Money made available by this Act or any other Act, from a prior fiscal year, the current fiscal year, or any later fiscal year, may not be used to install permanent above-ground fencing around the perimeter, or any part of the perimeter, of the United States Capitol Grounds described in 40 U.S.C. § 5102.
None of the funds made available in this or any other Act in prior fiscal years, this fiscal year, or any fiscal year thereafter may be used to install permanent, above-ground fencing around the perimeter, or any portion thereof, of the United States Capitol Grounds, as described in section 5102 of title 40.
