The Senate's Legislative Counsel can spend money needed to run the Office. This spending needs approval from the Senate's President Pro Tempore.
With the approval of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Legislative Counsel of the Senate can make expenditures necessary or appropriate for running the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the Senate.
With the approval of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Legislative Counsel of the Senate may make such expenditures as may be necessary or appropriate for the functioning of the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the Senate.
