The Parliamentarian may spend money needed to run the Office. Every expenditure must follow policies and procedures the Speaker has approved.
Following policies and procedures the Speaker has approved, the Parliamentarian may make whatever expenditures are necessary or appropriate for the Office to function.
In accordance with policies and procedures approved by the Speaker, the Parliamentarian may make such expenditures as may be necessary or appropriate for the functioning of the Office.
