During a fiscal year, beginning with the fiscal year starting October 1, 1982, the Secretary of the Senate may transfer funds between appropriations available for the Secretary to disburse. The Senate Committee on Appropriations must approve the transfers.
During any fiscal year, beginning with the fiscal year that began October 1, 1982, the Secretary of the Senate may transfer funds between appropriations available for the Secretary to disburse during that year, but the Senate Committee on Appropriations must approve the transfers.
During any fiscal year (commencing with the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1982) the Secretary of the Senate is authorized to make such transfers between appropriations of funds available for disbursement by him during such year, subject to the approval of the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.
