This section says Parts B, C, D, E, and F of this subchapter do not apply here. They are turned off for subchapter VII of this chapter.
This section is short. It says that Parts B, C, D, E, and F of this subchapter don't apply to subchapter VII of this chapter. In other words, the rules in those five Parts are turned off for whatever programs subchapter VII covers.
Parts B, C, D, E, and F of this subchapter do not apply to subchapter VII of this chapter.
