If a court strikes down any part of this chapter, the rest of the chapter still stays in force.
This section is a single, undivided rule. If any part of this chapter is ever ruled invalid, that doesn't affect the rest of the chapter — the remaining parts stay in effect.
If any provision of this chapter is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter shall be unaffected thereby.
