The United States pays Federal meat-inspection costs incurred on or after July 1, 1948, except overtime and holiday pay under section 2219a of title 7.
For inspections performed on or after July 1, 1948, the United States* must pay costs required by Federal laws governing inspection of meat and meat products, except overtime and holiday pay paid under section 2219a of title 7.
The cost of inspection rendered on and after July 1, 1948, under the requirements of laws relating to Federal inspection of meat and meat food products shall be borne by the United States* except the cost of overtime and holiday pay paid pursuant to section 2219a of title 7.
