The Secretary of the Treasury must maintain the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund. This section also states when the Fund was originally created.
The Secretary of the Treasury must maintain the special fund called the “Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund,” referred to in this part as the “Fund.” The Fund was originally created by section 18 of the Act of May 24, 1924 (43 Stat. 144).
The Secretary of the Treasury shall maintain the special fund known as the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund (hereinafter in this part referred to as the “Fund”), originally created by section 18 of the Act of May 24, 1924 (43 Stat. 144).
