22 U.S.C. § 7711 — Disclosure

(a) Timely disclosure. Within 90 days after each fiscal quarter ends, the Corporation must make public—(1) for assistance under section 7704, each recipient’s name, the amount provided, and a program or project description stating whether it was solicited or unsolicited and giving detailed objectives and measures of results; and (2) for funds allocated or transferred under section 7718(b), the United States Government agency’s name, the amount allocated or transferred, and a description of the program or project that agency will carry out. (b) Dissemination. The Board, through the Chief Executive Officer, must make the information public by (1) putting it on the Corporation’s website, (2) notifying the public in the Federal Register that it is available, and (3) using any other methods the Board considers appropriate.
