25 U.S.C. § 147 — Appropriations for specified buildings; use for transportation of materials

This section is a single, short rule. Congress sets aside money — an appropriation — to build certain Indian Service buildings. This section says that money must also be used to pay for transporting materials. These are the materials that were bought using that same building appropriation. In other words, the money set aside to construct these buildings covers the shipping costs for the construction materials, not just the materials themselves.
