The Secretary must create a policy to recruit qualified Indian educators and a detailed plan to promote Bureau employees from within. The plan must include chances to gain work experience before actual assignment.
The Secretary* must establish a policy for recruiting qualified Indian educators and a detailed plan for promoting employees from within the Bureau*. The plan must include opportunities to gain work experience before an actual work assignment.
The Secretary* shall institute a policy for the recruitment of qualified Indian educators and a detailed plan to promote employees from within the Bureau*. Such plan shall include opportunities for acquiring work experience prior to actual work assignment.
