Expungement rules from section 12592(d) of this title apply to any DNA profile collected under this subchapter. This keeps rules the same across programs.
The expungement rules in section 12592(d) of this title apply to any DNA profile or DNA data collected under this subchapter for inclusion in the National DNA Index System.
The expungement requirements under section 12592(d) of this title shall apply to any DNA profile or DNA data collected pursuant to this subchapter for purposes of inclusion in the National DNA Index System.
