The Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic is a federally chartered corporation incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia. Unless another rule applies, it exists indefinitely.
(a) Federal charter.—The Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic (called “the corporation” in this chapter) is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Incorporation and domicile.—The corporation is incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia. (c) Perpetual existence.—Unless this chapter provides otherwise, the corporation exists indefinitely.
Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
