Only agencies and organizations, not individuals, can be members. Each member group that sends delegates to the annual conference gets one vote there.
(a) Eligibility. Only agencies and organizations can be members of the corporation, not individuals. Except where this chapter says otherwise, the bylaws set members' rights and privileges.
(b) Voting. Each agency or organization that sends delegates to, and takes part in, the annual national conference on citizenship gets one vote in running the conference's business.
Membership in the corporation is confined to agencies and organizations. Except as provided in this chapter, the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the bylaws.
Each agency or organization sending delegates to, and participating in, the annual national conference on citizenship has one vote in the conduct of the business of the conference.
