(a) Board of Trustees.—The board is the corporation's governing body, and its bylaws set the board's powers, duties, selection, and terms. (b) Officers.—The corporation must have the listed officers, while its bylaws set their election, terms, and duties.
(a) Board of Trustees.—
(1) The board of trustees governs the corporation. The bylaws state the board's duties and powers.
(2) The bylaws state how trustees are selected and how long they serve.
(b) Officers.—
(1) The corporation's officers are a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and any other officers provided for in the bylaws.
(2) The bylaws state how officers are elected, how long they serve, and what they must do.
The board of trustees is the governing body of the corporation. The duties and powers of the board are as provided in the bylaws.
The manner of selection and term of office of the trustees are as provided in the bylaws.
The officers of the corporation are a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and other officers as provided in the bylaws.
The manner of election, term of office, and duties of the officers are as provided in the bylaws.
