(a) Federal Charter.—The National Woman’s Relief Corps is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Place of Incorporation and Domicile.—It is incorporated and based in the District of Columbia. (c) Perpetual Existence.—Unless otherwise provided, it exists indefinitely.
(a) Federal Charter.—The National Woman's Relief Corps, Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic, is a federally chartered corporation. In this chapter, it is called the “corporation.”
(b) Place of Incorporation and Domicile.—The corporation is declared to be incorporated and based in the District of Columbia. This section does not define “domiciled.”
(c) Perpetual Existence.—Unless otherwise provided, the corporation continues to exist indefinitely.
National Woman’s Relief Corps, Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
The corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
