Disabled American Veterans is a federally chartered corporation with perpetual existence unless another provision says otherwise.
(a) Disabled American Veterans, called the “corporation” in this chapter, is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Unless another provision says otherwise, the corporation exists perpetually.
Disabled American Veterans (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
