This law charters Gold Star Wives of America as a federal corporation. It was originally incorporated in New York. If it fails to follow this chapter, its federal charter expires.
(a) Federal Charter. Gold Star Wives of America, called "the corporation" in this chapter, was incorporated in New York and is now a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Expiration of Charter. If the corporation fails to follow any part of this chapter, its federal charter — granted by this chapter — expires.
Gold Star Wives of America (in this chapter, the “corporation”), incorporated in New York, is a federally chartered corporation.
If the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
