This section states that amounts provided under the community development block grant and urban development action grant programs must not be reduced in a fiscal year when this chapter is in effect.
It is the policy of the Congress that amounts provided under the community development block grant and urban development action grant programs under title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 [ title 42, section 5301 et seq. ] must not be reduced in any fiscal year in which the provisions of this chapter are in effect.
It is the policy of the Congress that amounts provided under the community development block grant and urban development action grant programs under title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 [42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.] shall not be reduced in any fiscal year in which the provisions of this chapter are in effect.
