This section sets rules about Coordination with juvenile justice programs. It states the duties, permissions, conditions, definitions, or other rules described in the section.
The Secretary* must coordinate the program established by section 11801 of this title with the programs and activities carried out under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 [ 34 U.S.C. 11101 et seq.] and with the programs and activities of the Attorney General, to ensure that all such programs and activities are complementary and not duplicative.
