Congress authorized $2 million per year from 1995 through 1998 to set up the National Center. For evaluations, Congress authorized $1 million for 1995, plus whatever amount was needed for 1996 through 1998.
(a) Establishment of Center. To carry out section 12353 (setting up the National Center), Congress authorized $2,000,000 for each fiscal year from 1995 through 1998.
(b) Evaluation. To carry out section 12354 (evaluations), Congress authorized $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1995, and whatever amount was necessary for each fiscal year from 1996 through 1998.
To carry out section 12353 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated $2,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 1998.
To carry out section 12354 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1995, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1996 through 1998.
