A funded entity may conduct advocacy, capacity building, and systemic change for people with developmental disabilities even when those activities may also positively affect people with other disabilities.
Nothing in this subchapter prevents an entity funded under it from conducting advocacy, capacity building, or systemic change activities for people with developmental disabilities that may also positively affect people with other disabilities.
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to preclude an entity funded under this subchapter from engaging in advocacy, capacity building, and systemic change activities for individuals with developmental disabilities that may also have a positive impact on individuals with other disabilities.
