If a provision of this chapter is invalid or unconstitutional as applied to particular people or circumstances, the rest of the chapter remains effective.
If a provision of this chapter, or its application to particular people or circumstances, is held invalid or unconstitutional, the rest of the chapter and the provision’s application to other people or circumstances are not affected.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of that provision to particular persons or circumstances is held invalid or found to be unconstitutional, the remainder of this chapter and the application of that provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
