If a provision of this chapter, or an application of it, is invalidated, the rest of the chapter and its other applications remain valid.
If a court holds any provision of this chapter, or any application of a provision, invalid, that does not affect the validity of the rest of the chapter or any other application.
If any provision of this chapter or any application thereof is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the chapter, or any other application, shall not be affected thereby.
