This section addresses Severability. It states the rules, definitions, duties, permissions, or funding provisions covered by that subject.
If any provision of this subchapter or the application of it to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity must not affect other provisions of applications of this subchapter which can be given effect without regard to the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this subchapter must be severable.
If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of applications of this subchapter which can be given effect without regard to the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this subchapter shall be severable.
