Congress authorized $11,900,000 to be appropriated to the Secretary* for fiscal year 1979. This money is to carry out this chapter's provisions — except for anything this chapter already provides separate funding authority for elsewhere — and to carry out section 792 of title 15.
There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary* for fiscal year 1979 $11,900,000, to carry out the provisions of this chapter (other than provisions for which an appropriations authorization is otherwise expressly provided in this chapter) and section 792 of title 15.
