The Director of the Government Publishing Office can have public printing done at night as well as during the day, whenever public service needs require it.
The Director of the Government Publishing Office may order public printing to be done at night, not just during the day, whenever the needs of public service call for it.
The Director of the Government Publishing Office shall cause the public printing in the Government Publishing Office to be done at night as well as through the day, when the exigencies of the public service require it.
