The Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act stays fully in force. This is true even though the Internal Revenue Code was later enacted.
This section confirms that the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, as amended, remains completely valid and enforceable. The fact that the Internal Revenue Code was enacted does not change or weaken that law.
The provisions of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, as herein amended, shall be in full force and effect notwithstanding the enactment of the Internal Revenue Code.
